What Roof Rejuvenation Is, From West Kelowna to Osoyoos
Roof rejuvenation is a bio-based oil treatment, mostly corn oil, that soaks into aging asphalt shingles and replaces the oils the sun bakes out over time. It is not a paint, a coating or a sealer, nothing sits on top of the roof afterward, and it will not stop a roof that already has a leak or a flashing problem. Cleaning
What's Included When You Book Cleaning
A standard clean covers floors, glass, bathrooms and dusting, with our own supplies and equipment, using products that are safe for pets and kids, no need to find somewhere else for them to be during the visit. Pricing is by square foot, not by the hour, so you know the number before the crew shows up, and if you are not happy with the result, we come back and fix it free. Commercial cleaning for restaurants and offices is the main focus, see office & restaurant cleaning, alongside residential cleaning, move-out cleaning, window cleaning and gutter cleaning. Book at least two days ahead, and expect mostly the same person on each visit, though that is not guaranteed. One-off cleans, move-outs and recurring schedules are all available, whatever the job needs.

Common Questions
Does roof rejuvenation actually work?
Treated and untreated shingles were run side by side for 1,500 hours of accelerated weathering at PRI Asphalt Technologies, an independent lab. The treated shingles held their granules better and stayed flexible. I will show you the report.
How much does roof rejuvenation cost?
About a fifth of a replacement. A typical 2,000 square foot roof runs around $2,100, against $10,000 and up to tear off and replace. I measure before I quote, and roof area is bigger than house area.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring everything needed and the products are safe for pets and kids.
How far ahead do I need to book a clean?
Two days in advance. We do one-off cleans, move-outs and regular visits, whatever is needed.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
We come back and fix it free.
Are you insured?
Yes, and we carry WorkSafeBC coverage and fall protection training on the roof side of the business, the same coverage applies to cleaning work too.
